About me

Photography is a creative escape from an otherwise busy life. Photography changed the way I look at the natural surroundings. My main interest is in grand landscapes, I consider myself lucky if I can combine a trip with photography. Although I also occasionally try to explore other types of photography, like portrait. Especially in the Noorderplantsoen, one of my favourite spots.

Hybrid photography, shooting analogue and digital, just adds to the fun. On this website I show digital and analog photos. Both color and B&W. The majority of black & white photo’s are shot with film, there is so much more possible in B&W in film. Especially if you do your own developing and printing. Which is really satisfying if it comes out well, since it takes much more time and practice.
